SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All products are shipped at an express flat rate of $10.00 AUD with the exception of mittens, which are shipped for $3.95 AUD. We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $50 AUD. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days via Australia Post or Sendle, transit times may vary depending on the delivery address.
International orders are shipped by Australia Post or DHL. Please allow up to two to three weeks for delivery (depending on your country). Shipping costs depend on your shipping address & country.
Unfortunately, we are unable to service the following countries from our web store directly: Brazil, Nigeria, Oman, Papua New Guinea, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Ukraine. If we do not ship to your country, please view our store locator to see if there is a stockist near you. Please Contact us if you need any more information.

Items in original packaging and condition may be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returns are made at customer’s expense. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery, and we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or delayed so please use a reliable shipping method. Bebitza does not accept returns on items prior to the item being assessed via email, telephone or head office.
Discounted items, downloadable products and items relating to health & personal care (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible for returns.
To return items, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Enclose in the email the online purchase order number, phone number, your name and your address.
Refunds for online or telephone orders will be credited according the original purchase method. Postage fees will not be refunded. Please allow at least three business days after approval for your statement to reflect the transaction.
In the event of an error, email us at email@example.com or phone +61 1300 792 993 as soon as possible. Bebitza does not accept returns on faulty items prior to the item being assessed via email, telephone or head office.
Problems that develop after the goods have had a fair amount of use will not be accepted as faulty. (In an event that items are returned and deemed faulty from use, customers are notified and items will be returned. Customers may be required to cover postage.) If the goods are deemed to be faulty, the total cost of the transaction, including initial and subsequent postage, will be refunded. By purchasing goods on bebitza.com, you agree to the above terms and conditions. Bebitza reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Please ensure that you are aware of this information before you make your purchase.
If a delivery has been unsuccessful and requires a subsequent delivery because of a customer’s error (e.g., wrong address was provided), a re-delivery fee will apply. If Bebitza is responsible for the error, there will be no additional charges.
Orders must be cancelled by contacting Bebitza with 2 hours of placement. A $10-cancellation fee applies. Please note: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
